At LAXU Fitness Center, we offer a variety of group fitness classes designed to help you achieve your fitness goals in a fun and supportive environment. Check out our weekly class schedule below:

  • 9:00 AM – HIIT
  • 6:00 PM – Spin Class
  • 7:30 PM – Pilates

Tuesday

  • 7:00 AM – Strength Training
  • 12:00 PM – Zumba
  • 5:30 PM – Cardio Kickboxing
  • 7:00 PM – Barre

Wednesday

  • 6:00 AM – Bootcamp
  • 9:00 AM – Core & Stretch
  • 6:00 PM – TRX Suspension Training
  • 7:30 PM – Vinyasa Yoga

Thursday

  • 7:00 AM – Spin Class
  • 12:00 PM – HIIT
  • 5:30 PM – Body Pump
  • 7:00 PM – Yoga for Athletes

Friday

  • 6:00 AM – Strength Circuit
  • 9:00 AM – Pilates Reformer
  • 5:30 PM – Dance Fitness
  • 7:00 PM – Mindful Meditation

Saturday

  • 8:00 AM – Bootcamp
  • 10:00 AM – Yoga Flow
  • 11:30 AM – Strength & Conditioning

Sunday

  • 9:00 AM – Active Recovery Yoga
  • 10:30 AM – Family Fitness Class

Class Descriptions:

  • HIIT: High-Intensity Interval Training for a full-body workout.
  • Spin Class: Intense cycling to boost your stamina.
  • Pilates: Focus on core strength, flexibility, and posture.
  • Zumba: Dance-based fitness that’s fun and effective.
